We sell inversion therapy equipment for back pain and similary aches. Our equipment is not intended for use in a gym, but is good quality and should remain solid for years of personal use. Please consider our inversion tables to resolve your back pain.  If a portable inversion table is not what you are looking for then you might consider taking a yoga holiday to help relieve muscle tension. 

Some of our customers find that in home massage therapy by a professional massage therapist really helps releive their back pain, and have purchase a massage table for use in their home.  With years of experience in the massage therapy industry, we highly recommend when it comes to finding the best massage table for your particular type of massage modality and budget.

Sales Policies

We have been selling over the web and through catalogs for several years. In that time, we have had many thousands of painless transactions. Inevitably, there are a small number of situations where something goes awry. In order to provide consistent, reliable service, we have established the following policies. We have posted them so that you can make an educated purchase decision. Each section contains important information not included in other sections. Also, please be aware that LL Fitness Inc., owner and operator of, reserves the right to refuse sales and service to those persons or parties to whom we determine it to be in the interest of all parties involved to do so.


We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). We also accept checks and money orders (see next item). Unfortunately, we cannot ship COD, nor can we accept checks by phone. If you wish to arrange an open account with us, please contact John at 800-290-3932.


We accept payment by check and money order. Please call us for a quote on the items you wish to order, and write your quote or order number and customer number in the reference line of the check. We will e-mail you a copy of the quote. If possible, please print your quote and include it with the check. Finally, please include your phone number and shipping address when mailing in your payment.

Checks will be held for 7-10 business days for clearance before processing. Most items should arrive within 10-14 business days after the clearance process. Money orders will be processed immediately.

In most cases, we do no charge sales tax. However, we are required to charge sales tax to customers whose shipping address is in California or Louisiana because we have a business presence in those states. Please add sales tax in California (7.25%) or inside Lafayette Parish Louisiana (8.00%) or outside Lafayette Parish in Louisiana (4.00%).


Once your order has begun processing either by our warehouse or by the manufacturer, it becomes NON-Cancellable! If you wish to cancel your order after this point, you must wait until the item arrives at your specified shipping location, and then "Refuse" the order or ship the package back to us (please call for the proper address to return the item to). Refunds for the returned and/or refused items will be handled according to our refund policy (see next topic).


How refunds are handled and processed depends on what the item is and where it shipped from. Typically, we can issue refunds for items returned within 30 days of the original delivery date and are still in a new condition and their ORIGINAL packaging. Refunds will be given via the same method that the original payment was made, and typically are for the original purchase price only less any restocking fees. Shipping is non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15% to 25% usually applies. If your item ships back to us on OUR shipping account either intentionally or not (such as the delivery of the item was "Refused" and hence automatically returned by the shipping company) then your refund amount will be less RETURN shipping charges in addition to any other charges (such as restocking fees).


Inversion-Table-Therapy is a discount inversion table supply warehouse. Because we offer such reasonable prices, most of which are far below the full retail price, we cannot afford to accept returns on items that cannot be resold as new and are not in their original packaging, or are not in a new, unopened condition.

LL Fitness, Inc., owner of, maintains a 30 day return policy for returnable items with the date of delivery verified through tracking information. We believe 30 days provides ample time for product inspection. Please contact us to obtain the correct return address for your particular item as most "drop shipped" items need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our option, free of charge of course, unless this policy is superceded by the manufacturer's policy or warranty. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping both ways. Shipping Insurance is Non-Refundable.

AFTER 30 DAYS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Any issues after 30 days must be addressed to the manufacturer directly, as they fall under the manufacturer's warranty.


We have done our best to present the best, most factual, and accurate information.  With the vast amount of information and products on our website and in our inventory, and the many different vendors and manufacturers we represent, there will occasionally be some incorrect information or a mistake made of some kind.  Though we do our best to correct any and all errors as soon as we find them, please be aware that LL Fitness, Inc. can not be responsible for errors such as typographical mistakes, wrong prices, or incomplete product information.  In fact, if you suspect an error of some kind, please contact us immediately so that we may correct it.  We reserve the right to refuse orders or sales with incorrect pricing or product information, and to hold orders where we suspect an error exists of some kind until we can contact the customer to make any necessary corrections.
